My passion and expertise are focused on introducing green smoothies and a raw/living food cuisine* (whether minimally or 100%) as an avenue for optimizing health and wellbeing.
Decluttering your life of those things that are not in present time for you include all levels: physical clutter, mental/ emotional clutter and foods (or style of food preparation) that don’t give you the support and vitality you desire/deserve.

As with all my decluttering work, there is no "cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all" formula. Based on your particular needs, I offer the following coaching and 1-on-1 facilitation services promoting green smoothies/raw food:

- Exploration into ways of making changes that can be easily incorporated into your life.
- Hands-on instruction for use of blenders, food processors, and dehydrators, along with recommendations for the brands that match your budget and lifestyle.
- Instructional sessions for specific food preparation and recipes.
- Information on reading materials, websites, and resources for purchasing products as part of a raw food cuisine.
I am currently enrolled in the Raw Nutrition Certification Program, facilitated by David Wolfe, World-Renowned Nutrition Mentor, and BodyMind Nutrition, giving me cutting-edge nutritional information on the raw food lifestyle.

*For me, a raw/living food cuisine means eating uncooked, though sometimes dehydrated, plant-based foods that are alive because the digestive enzymes haven't been lost as a result of traditional cooking methods.
